USA Ninja Challenge has made Twinsburg home, kicking off their second year in a convenient location right next to Giant Eagle & Starbucks!
Thousands of kids, ranging from 30 months to 17 years, have experienced the fun and challenge that’s in store at this brand new & state-of-the-art ninja obstacle gym. Owner Jeff Flament explained he was drawn to this business because he instantly saw the physical and mental health benefits of the sport. It’s a complete physical fitness program which will help kids improve their total body strength, balance, and agility. This will help kids improve their performance in all sports as well as helping prevent injuries. It’s also a great way to work with kids emotionally and to help them improve their mental health by showing them that they can succeed at overcoming challenges one step at a time. It’s a great way to build confidence as they progress through the unique obstacles and program. There are life skills being learned here, even if they don’t yet see that. Healthy minds, healthy bodies, smiles, and sweat is what you will find at USA Ninja Challenge – Twinsburg!
USA Ninja Challenge has recently signed an exclusive agreement with the U.S. Olympic Committee as ninja will be included in the Modern Pentathalon event at the 2028 Olympic Games. Whether your child has Olympic sized dreams, wants a great strength & conditioning program for their dominant sport or just loves to play, USA Ninja Challenge has an offering for all boys & girls from 30 months to 17 years old. Their equipment is professionally engineered and manufactured exclusively for kids to keep them as safe & engaged as possible. Their classes and programs are designed for today’s youth meeting the requirements of a full physical fitness program. They incorporate standard apparatus including rings, balance obstacles and tumbling surfaces, as well as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders, and a warped wall. Each portion of every obstacle course also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children’s strength, flexibility, and all-around athleticism.
Every class is run by experienced coaches with an 8:1 ratio to deliver the highest quality of service. There are six levels for every ninja to master each including progressions, drills and challenges. Each ninja progresses at their own pace according to their own abilities.
Classes are year-round and are a fun and creative way to cross train your athlete as well as making physical fitness fun. Parents see their children full of energy with a natural desire to run, climb, jump, & swing but also want their living rooms & trees in tact. USA Ninja Challenge harnesses that natural energy & does it in a safe and healthy environment, using a multi-year physical fitness curriculum. Lesson plans are developed for every class and adapted to optimize each child’s abilities, aimed at developing both their physical and mental growth as they see their measured performance improve with each class.
USA Ninja Challenge also offers birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays, where kids are encouraged to run, jump, climb, swing, and have a whole lot of fun! No experience is necessary but fun, sweat and smiles are mandatory! Parties are supervised by experienced coaches who provide your kids with a safe and fun environment. USA Ninja Challenge also offers fun events such as parents’ night out, movie nights, and more, so make sure to check out their calendar of events!
If you can’t make a weekly commitment with Classes, Camps are your best option to have your children enjoy the fun of this amazing facility. When schools are out, Camps are in. Check their Camps page for their latest schedule. President’s Day, Spring Break and Summer Camps are now open for registration. But sign up quickly, as attendance is limited.
