Craft Corner: Making An Apple Pencil Jar - The Cleveland Moms

This is a cute and easy project you can do with the kids, that celebrates fall and can even be used as a teacher gift!

Supply List:

Pint size mason jars

Red spray paint

Green card stock

Garden twine

Scissors

Pencils

Directions:

In a well-ventilated area, cover your workspace with newspaper and spray the mason jar with red spray paint. It will take two coats. Allow it to dry between coats.

Cut the green card stock into two-inch leaf shapes. Punch a hole in the top of the leaves and tie two of them onto the mason jar with the garden twine.

Fill it with pencils and sit it in your craft area or on your desk!

For a variation, paint the lid ring green and add it to the jar.
