Whoa Dough is a Cleveland made snack the whole family can enjoy. If you haven’t heard of this local cookie dough bar company yet, Whoa Dough is the first health-conscious cookie dough snack bar that is simply delicious! For kids, adults, or the cookie-dough-craving, bowl-licking kid in all of us. Whoa Dough makes real cookie dough bars with real ingredients. Each bar is plant based, gluten free, vegan, non-GMO, & kosher.

These revolutionary cookie dough bars were created by Todd Goldstein, a Cleveland entrepreneur & foodie who has spent the last decade helping entrepreneurs get their start. In 2011, Goldstein was diagnosed with gluten intolerance which began his hunt for gluten free products. When his sons were born in 2015 & 2017, they were also diagnosed with gluten intolerance. This led to Todd’s increasing desire to create a gluten free treat the entire family could enjoy.

Todd & his team recognized that the cookie dough market was a growing trend; however, it still left those with allergies in the raw. Too often we hear that healthy food sacrifices on taste & texture. Whoa Dough took their time using a lot of community feedback along with a year & a half of research & development to officially launch Whoa Dough in July of  2019! What they created was a gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, non-GMO, & damn good tasting cookie dough bar that can be eaten on the go. Real cookie dough bars – real ingredients. 150 calories never tasted so good!

In 2020, after a year of listening to their consumer feedback over social media, at in-store demos, & at expos, Whoa Dough made four key changes to their cookie dough bars AND created a new flavor for all the chocolate lovers out there! Their delicious bars are now vegan, include more allergy-friendly ingredients, contain fewer calories, & have texture even MORE like homemade cookie dough!

Whoa Dough now has six flavors: chocolate chip, sugar cookie, sugar cookie with sprinkles, peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chip, & the new brownie batter chocolate chip! The bars can be enjoyed chilled, on the go, or baked at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
