As most guides here, locations are divided by area: West, East, & South (including Akron) side.

Typically splash pads open around Memorial Day weekend (some are weather dependent.)
It’s always a good idea to check directly with any you’d like to visit to verify they are open when you want to go.
Most, if not all, turn off after Labor Day.
