Summer on the Square @ Shaker Square

Celebrate summer with community at the Shaker Square “Summer on the Square” series! The first event will take place Saturday, June 17 from 10am – 2pm in historic Shaker Square’s public space.
This free, family-friendly event focuses on health and wellness featuring local businesses, artists, authors, and creators: a yoga class led by Abide Yoga Cleveland, a Taekwondo demonstration, and mini class led by Master Marr’s Taekwondo, a healthy cooking demonstration by Chef Porsha Guobadia of The Vegan Club, Cleveland City Dance performance, live jazz by Horns and Things, music by DJ JetSet2one6, and Juneteenth stories presented by the Cleveland Association of Black Storytellers.
Activities include a mobile rock-climbing wall, face painting, and classic summer yard games on the lawn including cornhole and giant Jenga. Enjoy complimentary frozen juice bars from Trikeable Treats from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (while supplies last). The full schedule of activities can be found at the link below. We will see you there!
