Rediscover Veterans Memorial Bridge is a free public event to allow visitors to experience the historic streetcar level of the bridge and share ideas for its future
The last tour of this architectural gem was held in 2019 and attracted more than 17,000 visitors. The County is honored to welcome visitors from across the country again to share this unique piece of history.
Self-guided tours, exploration, and activities
10:00am – 6:00pm
Gates open at 10:00 a.m. and the event ends at 6:00 p.m. with the last admission at 5:30 p.m.
This free, self-guided tour allows visitors to experience the original streetcar station and tracks, unique views of the Cuyahoga River, Lake Erie, and downtown Cleveland. Visitors can also explore ideas to reactivate the underside of the bridge for future pedestrian use and can provide feedback on how they believe the space could best serve residents and visitors.
Reservations are not required. Food trucks, entertainment, and educational tables will also be featured during the tour.
