This year marked the inception of the Lee-Harvard Block Party, a celebration dedicated to honoring the rich history and enduring legacy of the southeastern middle neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio. Over the course of nearly five decades, this community has grappled with disinvestment. In a collaborative effort involving the City of Cleveland, the Cleveland City Council, the Harvard Community Service Center, and the expertise of APD Urban Planning, the Lee-Harvard Master Plan is taking shape. Preserving this neighborhood’s distinct identity is paramount, making it crucial for long-standing residents and supporters to contribute their voices and visions for the neighborhood’s future.
